Course Description
An upbeat, high energy course that emphasizes the development of major muscle groups. This course combines functional movements with strength and aerobic movements. Emphasis on total body conditioning and daily functional activities with isometric and isotonic movements. Instruction will include the safe and effective use of fitness equipment including physio balls, bosu balls, dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, and body bars. This dynamic workout uses varied tempos and resistance to challenge your upper, lower, and core and back muscles. This workout uses multiple joint movements and full body exercises to help you build strong muscles. This course is designed to be suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and experience.
