Pacific NW History

History Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences

The course will examine the exploration, settlement and growth of the Pacific Northwest, with an emphasis on Washington State. Topics will include the settlement and creation of Washington Territory, as well as the social, economic and political issues that have shaped Washington State in the 19th and 20th centuries.
